I think maybe I fudged up here with making these scenes cohesive. I was trying to convey that Guy's life is flashing before his eyes as he runs, though fairly certain he's going to be killed- but I don't know, reading it now I kinda feel like it's failing to make sense. :/ Oh well.

Ahaha! Oh my goodness. Guy's lil eyes in the last panel killed me.

I think that with the panels showing him running in present time make it pretty clear what you're trying to convey.
